The House Features the Following:

• 3 bedrooms (extra beds available, sleeps up to 9)
• Queen-size bed, double bed, 2 single beds, plus a divan for extra people
• Upper level is a large living area, with plenty of seating plus a large private balcony suitable for outdoor eating
• Fully equipped kitchen with oven, kitchen cook top, microwave & dish washer, 2 door refrigerator with ice maker and cold water, dining table (extendable to seat 10)
• Upstairs living area has its own TV, Video & DVD
• Downstairs lounge has its own TV, Video & DVD player
• A compact laundry with washing machine, tub & clothes dryer
• 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets
• Hair dryer, guest toiletry supplies and all linen supplied
• An Outdoor BBQ area with seating
• Lock up garage
• Electric Smoke alarms are fitted for your safety
• Bedrooms, lounge and upstairs area all have ceiling fans

There is a nearby corner shop for the basics. The house is strictly non-smoking and we cannot accommodate pets.

We generally take bookings on a Saturday to Saturday basis, however in off-peak periods we may be able to be more flexible.
