Currency is in Australian Dollars. All bookings must be confirmed with 25% deposit, within 14 days of booking. Rental prices are subject to change and may be advised on this Web site. Tariff is for up to 4 people: additional rates per person apply, (i.e. over 4 people). Children under age 10 stay free. Minimum 3 nights: Rates for 3, 4, 5 & 6 nights are available on request   Dates are approximate only as they may vary slightly depending on School holidays, therefore should only be used as a guide. BOOKING CONDITIONS
SEAVIEWS AT SAPPHIRE BEACH

The terms and conditions of the holiday letting as agreed by both parties are as follows.  Breach of any of these terms and conditions by you permits the owner or agent to refuse the key, amend the rent, or immediately terminate the occupancy.

1. The premises are let to you for holiday purposes only for the period stated and for the maximum number of persons in the confirmation letter, upon final receipt of the full rental.
2. The premises are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated no later than 10am on the day of departure.  The premises are to be left in a clean and tidy condition.  Failure to do so will incur a charge for extra cleaning which will be deducted from your security deposit (Minimum fee will be $70.00).
3. The balance of rent must be paid to our office no later than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.
4. Cancellation prior to thirty (30) days of arrival will incur an administration fee of $70.00.  In the event of cancellation within thirty (30) days of arrival, we reserve the right to retain all deposit monies unless suitable tenants are found.  If a suitable tenant is found only the administration fee of $70.00 will be incurred.
5. Under no circumstances are animals permitted on or inside the premises.
6. No smoking is allowed within the buildings.
7. All damages, breakages or losses to the property, furniture or furnishing are to be reported to us and paid for by the tenant immediately. (Refer to section below re Security Deposit held). Replacement of lost keys is to be paid for by the tenant (Minimum fee of $70.00 applies).
8. No responsibility is taken for tenant’s personal property left on the premises.
9. Regard must be given to the quiet enjoyment of neighbours and others in the area.
10. No refund will be given if you are not satisfied with your accommodation.
11. Security deposits paid by cheque ($600) will be refunded within ten (10) days following completion of an inspection by the cleaner or person authorised by the landlord to do the inspection.  Inspection cannot take place until the property is fully vacated.
12. Security deposits ($600) paid by credit card are held but not cashed and will be destroyed, (i.e. assuming no loss or damage) following completion of an inspection by the cleaner or person authorised by the landlord to do the inspection.  Inspection cannot take place until the property is fully vacated. (Matters discovered or reported will be discussed with you).
13. Deposits must be paid within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the booking.  Non-payment of this deposit will be deemed a cancellation of the booking.

No private functions are to be held at the rental property without the written consent of the owner.
